About Role

The Operations Engineering Internship is an on-site, part-time (20 hrs/week) Spring 2026 internship followed by full-time 10-week Summer 2026 internship at a fulfillment center. The intern will work on designing, building, improving, and innovating order fulfillment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive resolution for an intern project by analyzing data and proposing process improvements.
• Support design, management, and implementation of medium-scope integrated automation projects.
• Guide design and execution efforts with internal teams and external vendors.
• Develop and manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Direct system commissioning and predefined testing activities.
• Coordinate with site management to ensure proper operator training and safety practices.
• Document change requests and provide recommendations.
• Inspect facilities as per corporate standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 49 pounds, and navigating warehouse facilities.
