About Role

The Salesforce Developer will architect, design, and implement scalable solutions, simplify and reinvent processes and tools, and lead technical programs integrating MGM content with Amazon streaming technology. The role involves driving operational excellence, cost optimization, and mentoring engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, integrated cloud and CRM solutions for Amazon MGM Studios.
• Simplify systems and tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Lead multi-year business-critical technical programs, influencing strategy and roadmap.
• Drive cost optimization across CRM and internal Amazon environments.
• Ensure availability, latency, and performance of mission-critical tools.
• Mentor and scale engineering teams across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in large-scale distributed systems and architecture.
• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Golang, Ruby, C++, C#, or Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and CI/CD pipeline build processes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
