About Team
The Monetization (Ad Sales) team at Meesho works with advertisers and sellers to optimize advertising campaigns, drive ad revenue growth, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The team focuses on scaling ad adoption and helping sellers succeed through strategic ad placements and marketing initiatives.
About Role
The Ad Sales Manager will own ad revenue targets, manage a team of Account Managers, and develop strategies to grow advertisers’ businesses on the Meesho platform. The role involves analytics, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration to scale the ads business.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of ad revenue for assigned sellers.
- Build, train, and manage a team of Account Managers to drive advertiser success.
- Identify opportunities to improve ad adoption and increase advertising spend.
- Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Analytics, Support) to solve advertiser challenges.
- Lead the team to meet business targets and ensure effective client relationships.
- Analyze weekly revenue trends and recommend performance-enhancing actions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams in advertising, e-commerce, or sales.
- Experience in data analysis, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday (occasional Saturday WFH based on business needs)
