About Role
Lead and manage NVIDIA's security operations in the APAC region, ensuring employee safety, incident response, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate security incident and crisis response efforts across APAC.
- Lead and manage contracted guard forces across multiple locations.
- Supervise the Regional Security Operations Center (RSOC) team.
- Conduct physical security assessments, audits, surveys, and reviews.
- Engage with global peers to benchmark security processes and standards.
- Provide briefings, situational reports, and updates to senior management.
- Support the local Emergency Response Team (ERT).
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, law enforcement, and industry peers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in security roles, including law enforcement or multinational corporations.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts.
- Understanding of building, fire codes, and local safety regulations.
- Validated decision-making and discernment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced certifications (CPP, PSP, etc.).
- Experience leading security teams for large events.
- Multi-lingual capabilities.
