About Role

As a Technical Account Manager, you will resolve technical escalations, ensure customer success, collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams, and document best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalations for customers using NVIDIA products.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or conference calls.
  • Address installation, operation, maintenance, product application, and interoperability issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings and provide feedback to Engineering and Marketing.
  • Develop, redefine, and document best practices to share with internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits and engage with customers as needed.

Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of work experience in high-speed signal, system build, network, or GPU.
  • Strong expertise in Python and Linux.
  • Familiarity with hardware development tools, signal integrity, and testing.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project experience in server and NIC design.
  • Expertise in signal integrity and optical modules.
  • Experience as system designer/architect in CSP, OEM, ODM, or application engineering in semiconductor companies.
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA platform.
