About Team

• Sound Box Hardware issue FFR Ladder from MHD Funnel (Defect Wise, Aging Wise, Model wise).
• SB Performance portfolio Dashboard (BSR, Latency): Daily/Weekly/Monthly.
• Refurb At Hub & Refurb Centre Data Analysis (Defect at RC, Part Replacement, Part warranty etc).
• New Devices monitoring through Data analysis (BSR, Latency, MHD Data etc).
• Improved lot devices monitoring through data analysis.
• Generate reports to monitor device health, battery health, SW version, and number of devices live in the field.
• Track device health-related metrics: BSR, Latency, Battery backup details for New launch & refurbished products.

About Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our EDC Service Analytics team. The successful candidate will analyze and interpret complex datasets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to support product development and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for accurate and timely data analysis.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights.
• Identify data trends and recommend improvements in product performance and user experience.
• Work with the product team to execute experiments and measure impact.
• Develop statistical models for forecasting and predictive analytics.
• Define and monitor KPIs for commerce products.
• Monitor device lifecycle metrics — sim card issues, charging issues, battery capacity, performance, and field complaints.
• Analyze model-wise device data for SW versions and coordinate FOTA updates.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL experience is a must.
• Basic knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Google Looker or other visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience in automation projects involving data integration, extraction, and visualization.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with VBA, MIS, and dashboard reports.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in Looker Studio preferred.

Skills Competencies

• 2+ years of experience as a Product or Business Analyst in fintech or tech industry.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in market research and business reporting.
