About Team

The Talent Acquisition team is a key part of Paytm’s HR function, responsible for recruiting, tracking, and onboarding new employees. The team ensures that the right talent is identified, engaged, and aligned with Paytm’s high-performance culture.

About Role

The HR Intern - Talent Acquisition will assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, coordinating interviews, managing candidate databases, and supporting onboarding processes. This role offers exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidate profiles based on business requirements.
• Schedule interviews and brief candidates about job profiles.
• Assist in managing stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Drive and support the recruitment and selection process end-to-end.
• Capture and maintain candidate and interview data in MIS systems.
• Support additional HR activities as assigned.
