About Role

As part of the Enterprise team, the Senior Associate - KAM (Premium) will manage large corporate and enterprise accounts, focusing on relationship management, portfolio growth, and cross-selling Paytm’s payment solutions.

Expectations Role

• Drive business in the designated territory by selling Paytm payment solutions (Standalone & Integrated) across EDC, DQR, Soundbox, BPOS, EMI, etc.
• Acquire and manage multiple KPIs with strong focus on achieving revenue targets.
• Identify, develop, pitch, and close deals quickly.
• Leverage industry connections to source new clients (New LOGOs).
• Maintain a healthy business funnel at all times.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build, manage, and scale a sales pipeline month over month.
• Conduct regular market visits as per Beat Plan.

Key Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or key account management.
• Existing contacts with direct corporate merchants.
• Strong understanding of client and market dynamics.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and energetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

Graduation mandatory; Post-Graduation preferred.
