About Role

The Associate – DTP will be responsible for managing desktop publishing operations, ensuring visually appealing layouts, and maintaining brand consistency across all content formats. This role combines creativity with technical precision in design execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage layout settings and final makeup for digital and print materials.
  • Demonstrate creativity by incorporating current design trends into DTP layouts.
  • Develop and execute strategic design ideas to enhance brand presentation.
  • Forecast requirements, schedule expenditures, and analyze project variances.
  • Work proficiently with software like CorelDRAW, PageMaker, and Photoshop to produce high-quality materials.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in DTP, design, or publishing roles.
  • Strong command over CorelDRAW, PageMaker, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and strong layout sense.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
