About Role

The Regional Marketing Lead will oversee marketing strategy and execution for offline coaching centers in Chennai and Bangalore, driving student acquisition and enhancing brand visibility in the IIT-JEE and NEET markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized marketing plans to meet regional business goals.
  • Implement ATL & BTL campaigns including outdoor, print, and digital advertising.
  • Establish partnerships with schools and colleges through seminars and awareness drives.
  • Collaborate with sales and academic teams to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Track and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and adherence to corporate standards.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in EdTech or offline coaching.
  • Strong expertise in ATL/BTL campaign execution and on-ground marketing.
  • Fluency in Tamil (for Chennai) or Kannada (for Bangalore) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Experience with regional educational markets in South India.
