About Role

As a Lead Software Development Engineer, you will drive product and design discussions, scale payment infrastructure, shape REST APIs, contribute to open source, build features from scratch, deliver high-quality software, and influence company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Be involved and drive product & design discussions
• Scale payment infrastructure for online payments across India
• Shape REST APIs for developers worldwide
• Contribute to open-source projects and set standards for mobile payments
• Brainstorm and create new directions for Razorpay products
• Build features from scratch and drive them to completion

Key Skills

• Experience in PHP, Python, Django, Golang, Java, C++
• Strong product design sense
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web development
• Backend development knowledge
• Open-source contributions and GitHub projects
• Ability to build features end-to-end
• Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in product companies
• Open-source contributions preferred
