About Role

The Engineer Maintenance Mechanical - SEZ Gasifier M3 will be responsible for executing and supervising all mechanical maintenance activities in the SEZ Gasifier plant. The role demands a hands-on approach to ensuring operational reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement in plant performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and supervise mechanical maintenance tasks with precision, ensuring quality and adherence to schedules.
• Mobilize resources and ensure daily maintenance activities are completed on time.
• Assist the discipline manager in identifying spare parts for procurement and maintenance planning.
• Prepare mechanical maintenance budgets and analyze costs for optimization.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis as a member of RCA teams.
• Prepare documentation for audits, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Participate in reliability and integrity studies and implement recommended improvements.
• Manage contractors and coordinate with workshops for repairs and refurbishments.
• Ensure proper maintenance of SAP-PM and SAP-MM systems for data accuracy and tracking.
• Monitor mechanical spare parts inventory and control costs effectively.
• Supervise shutdown jobs, ensuring completion as per schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure HSEF (Health, Safety, Environment & Fire) compliance and mandatory training completion.
