About Role

As a Lead Construction Engineer – CHO Projects (MEP), you will oversee the mechanical erection and equipment installation activities, ensuring engineering accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to project timelines. You will coordinate between multiple engineering disciplines, manage contractors, and contribute to project execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Study project specifications, standards, and vendor GA drawings to identify and resolve discipline clashes.
• Analyze unit plot plans for equipment erection and provide feedback for improvements.
• Prepare erection sequences, equipment categorization, and P&M schedules for execution planning.
• Ensure alignment between equipment base plate holes and civil foundation bolts or structural supports.
• Review and approve rigging schemes for light and medium lifts (up to 50MT).
• Monitor delivery of critical equipment (ODC/Super ODC) and coordinate with project teams to resolve delays or short supply issues.
• Oversee execution of equipment erection and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to open erection fronts for other disciplines as per project schedule.
