About Role

The Research Scientist will be responsible for executing laboratory and pilot-scale experiments, developing models, analyzing data, and supporting process optimization through scientific research and validation. The role is ideal for candidates passionate about translating scientific ideas into industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and complete laboratory and pilot plant experiments with accuracy and reproducibility.
• Develop relevant research models and perform validation based on experimental outcomes.
• Supervise and execute experiments involving sample preparation, analysis, and evaluation using advanced methods.
• Organize and manage laboratory resources including chemicals, instruments, and analytical setups.
• Participate in pilot plant operations and utilize data for model calibration and boundary conditions.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to generate actionable insights.
• Support plant operations through applied research and problem-solving.
• Upload technical reports and maintain accurate experiment documentation on research portals.
• Prepare internal technical reports and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
