About Role

As a Senior Construction Engineer for CHO Projects MEP, you will be responsible for detailed study, planning, and supervision of mechanical equipment erection and installation activities. You will ensure project compliance, technical integrity, and adherence to safety and quality standards during all phases of project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and review unit plot plans for equipment erection and provide feedback for revisions.
• Examine vendor GA drawings to finalize crane, rigging tools, and unloading/erection methods.
• Verify alignment between equipment base plate and civil/structural foundations; resolve mismatches.
• Prepare MTOs, coordinate with material engineers for material issue notes (MINs), and allocate resources.
• Inspect and verify foundation bolt dimensions and alignment before and after casting.
• Report any transit damage or shortages to Lead Engineer immediately upon material receipt.
• Ensure readiness of rigging areas, ground preparation, and crane access before equipment erection.
• Conduct daily safety and tool room meetings to address erection risks and precautions.
• Supervise crane placement, rigging accessories, and operational safety as per rigging schemes.
