About Role

The Senior Planning & Scheduling Engineer will support the project management team in developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules using Primavera and related tools. The role involves preparing work breakdown structures, risk analyses, schedule variance tracking, and assisting in billing and control processes to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Project Coding Structures at project initiation.
• Review and update Integrated EPC Primavera schedules, and analyze the critical path.
• Assist in preparing Functional (L4) schedules and S-curves; analyze variances, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate and verify project data weekly, prepare weekly work plans, and maintain issue logs for timely resolution.
• Provide inputs for schedule risk analysis and assist in monthly risk reviews.
• Support the establishment of billing milestones for EPC contracts and verify reimbursable contractor man-hours.
• Assist in initiating Potential Deviation Notes (PDNs) and preparing project close-out reports.
• Provide on-the-job mentoring and training to junior team members.
• Stay updated on the latest project control and scheduling techniques.
