The Full Medical Checkup Assistance Scheme, implemented by the Gujarat Labour Welfare Board, provides annual health check-ups for organized sector workers (Shramyogis) — males above 45 years and females above 35 years — whose Labour Welfare Fund contributions have been paid regularly by their organization for the past year. The scheme aims to ensure early detection of health issues and promote worker welfare.

Details

The scheme covers complete medical examinations with a fixed amount of ₹1950/- per worker, of which 25% (₹487.50) is to be borne by the employer. Eligibility requires regular payment of Labour Welfare Fund contributions, and benefits are provided once per year. The medical examination must be completed within 30 days after in-principle approval by the Board. Companies must upload the list of workers in Excel format on the Sanman portal. The scheme is administered by the Welfare Commissioner, with jurisdiction in Ahmedabad.

Step 1: Visit Sanman Portal https://sanman.gujarat.gov.in/
Step 2: Click “Please Register Here” https://sanman.gujarat.gov.in/Home/Registration under Citizen Login.
Step 3: Enter Aadhaar Card Number, user type, and Labour Welfare Fund Account Number.
Step 4: Verify details, enter user details and Password.
Step 5: Login and select the scheme.
Step 6: Fill application form, upload required documents, agree with Rules & Regulations, and submit.
Step 7: Receive confirmation email with application number.
