Application Process

Application Process (Offline):
Step 1: Obtain and print the prescribed https://yatradham.gujarat.gov.in/Documents/SubDeals_2018-9-27_365.pdf application form.
Step 2: Fill in all mandatory fields, including details of the authorized travel agent/organizer and the pilgrim.
Step 3: Attach copies of all required documents (self-attested, if applicable).
Step 4: Submit the completed and signed application form along with the required documents within 90 days of yatra completion to:
Gujarat Holy Pilgrimage Development Board,
Old Secretariat, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Step 5: Retain a copy of the submitted application for your records.
Verification & Disbursement:
The board verifies applications, and financial assistance is credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account after approval.
